The Old Fashioned Harvest Market offers a full weekend of fun for all ages.
Entertainment is still being scheduled so be sure to check back closer to September for updates. See below for last year’s schedule as a sample of what we normally offer.

Cross-Cut Log Sawing Contest

Whether you are competing or want to cheer the competitors on, come over to the cross-cut log sawing competition on Saturday at 12:30 beside the Children’s Games area.  The saw is provided, and no experience is necessary – training is provided!!

Zucchini Contests – Longest, Heaviest, Best Decorated

The Zucchini Contest will be on both Saturday and Sunday for both children and adults!

Submit your home-grown zucchinis into our contests for the LONGEST and/or HEAVIEST and/or BEST DECORATED.

Let your imagination fly!  Kids are encouraged to decorate a zucchini – either store bought or home grown.  Use other veggies, paint, glitter, whatever!  We encourage you to decorate a zucchini at home and bring it to Harvest Market, but zucchinis will also be available to decorate “on the spot” at Harvest Market.

Entries for all contests will be accepted at the Zucchini Patch on Saturday and Sunday until 1:30. Winners will be announced each day shortly after 1:30.
