Volunteer opportunities BEFORE Harvest Market weekend
CLUTTER BARN SETUP
On Wednesday and Thursday, we will be moving boxes for a while, so even if you can't be there right at 3:30, or if you can only help for half an hour or an hour, feel free to sign up. Many hands make light work!
TENT SETUP
Setting up all the tents for Harvest Market! No experience required!
Volunteer opportunities DURING Harvest Market weekend
ANY VENUE!
If you are willing to help in whichever venue needs it most, we'd love it! Otherwise, individual venues are listed below.
CHILDREN'S GAMES AREA
Tasks include: monitoring activities
CIDER TENT
Tasks include: washing apples, pressing cider, etc.
CLUTTER BARN
Tasks include: assisting shoppers, moving items as needed, etc.
COOKIE FACTORY
Tasks include: baking cookies, filling whoopie pies, selling cookies.
COUNTRY STORE
Tasks include: serving corn, baked beans, baked potatoes, pizza, soda, or candy; making maple cotton candy.
FRENCH FRY BOOTH
Tasks include: operating potato slicer, serving French Fries, etc.
LEMONADE TENT
Tasks include: washing lemons, mixing lemonade, selling lemonade.
REFRESHMENT TENT
Tasks include: serving food, helping behind counter as needed, etc.
SOUP BOWL
Tasks include: ladling soup, monitoring stoves, serving soup, etc.
After Harvest Market
When 4:00PM on Sunday rolls around, the tents need to be taken down, tables and chairs stowed, floors swept, etc. We have a lot of fun, and would love to have you join us!
HARVEST MARKET BREAK DOWN
Breaking down tents, folding and moving tables/chairs, sweeping, etc.
