Flea Market

Volunteers needed Wednesday morning, September 22, 9am to 12pm to help with flea market layout.

Harvest Market Weekend

Soup Bowl

Serve hot soups and chilis by the bowl or by the pint.  Help in the “kitchen” to keep the large varieties of soups hot for customers.  (Saturday only)

Refreshment Tent

Help with cooking a variety of hot grill foods to include:  hamburgers, hotdogs, sausages or the peppers and onions.  Or you can serve those items to our customers along with chips and drinks.  There is a cashier position if you’d like to take payment for the sold items.

Lemonade Stand

Prepare and Squeeze lemons and make fresh best ever lemonades by the cup and serve to the public.

Country Store

Assist with sales in one of several Country Store food or merchandise areas.  You will be serving food or collecting money for the items sold.  You can sell/serve:  Maple Cotton Candy, Baked Beans, Pizza, corn on the cob, or join the merchandise section selling t-shirts, pies, plants, cheese and other homemade goodies.

French Fries

Cut, fry and sell the best French Fries in the State

Clutter Barn

Assist people with movement in and around the Clutter Barn guiding them to their next treasure.  Also can be a cashier at various locations around the Clutter Barn.

Cider Tent

Help with pressing and packaging cider, or sell cider donuts, apples and cider by the cup or by the ½ gallon.

Grounds Maintenance

Help keep the grounds clean by walking throughout the Church site picking up trash, emptying garbage cans and ensuring toilets have supplies.  This is a very active job and need to be able to move trash from the trash cans to dumpsters.

Children’s Games

Help run the children’s games to include the greased pole, the dunking booth (can even get wet if you’d like), sawdust pile and assist kids with stilts, hoop rolling, and tug of war.

Also need help supervising kids on the Hay Ride to ensure their safety.  You will ride along on the hay ride and remind people how to ride safely
